Kajaria Ceramics Buyback Opens Today – ₹296.70 Crore Tender Offer at ₹1,380 Per Share

July 3, 2026 Tiles & Ceramics

Kajaria Ceramics’ ₹296.70 crore share buyback opened today, July 3, 2026, and closes July 9, with finalisation of acceptance on July 15 and settlement on July 16. The buyback price of ₹1,380 per share represents a premium of over 14% to the last close of ₹1,210.40, with the tender window running through registered stockbrokers on BSE and NSE. Promoters have confirmed they will not participate, leaving the full benefit for public shareholders. The buyback is funded entirely from internal accruals and cash reserves — a position backed by strong FY26 financials: consolidated net sales of ₹1,373.35 crore in the latest quarter, up 12.4% year-on-year, and full-year consolidated revenue of ₹4,830.36 crore with a Profit After Tax of ₹487 crore.

What this means for the trade: India’s largest tile manufacturer returning ₹300 crore to shareholders from cash reserves while growing revenue 12% is a clear signal that the organised tile segment remains fundamentally healthy despite the Morbi crisis — worth communicating to dealers and distributors watching the market nervously.
