Pidilite Q1 FY27: Revenue Up 21%, PAT Up 30% – Bonus Issue and Special Dividend Approved

August 4, 2026 Adhesives & Grouts

Pidilite Industries reported consolidated revenue of ₹4,551 crore for Q1 FY27 — up 21.3% year-on-year and ahead of street estimates of ₹4,446 crore — with PAT rising 30% to ₹872 crore, announced August 4, 2026. EBITDA grew 26.9% to ₹1,194 crore, with margins expanding to 26.2% — well above the company’s guided 20–24% corridor and the highest Q1 margin in recent history. Growth was broad-based: the Consumer & Bazaar segment posted 22.4% revenue growth, while the B2B segment expanded EBIT margins by 235 basis points to 18.82%. MD Sudhanshu Vats noted domestic demand remained resilient across urban and rurban markets, with double-digit underlying volume growth in core categories. The board also approved a 1:1 bonus share issue and a special dividend of ₹10 per share, with August 13 as the record date — alongside an earnings call scheduled August 5.

What this means for the trade: Pidilite entering FY27 with 21% revenue growth, margins above its own guidance range, and shareholder rewards signals sustained pricing power in adhesives and construction chemicals — dealers can expect continued brand investment and category push through the year.
