Pidilite Board to Meet August 4 for Q1 FY27 Results – Adhesive Demand in Focus

July 8, 2026 Adhesives & Grouts

Pidilite Industries informed stock exchanges on July 8, 2026 that its board will meet on August 4 to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The announcement follows a strong FY26 in which the company posted Q4 revenue of ₹3,583 crore and PAT of ₹584 crore. Analysts are projecting Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of approximately ₹4,149 crore — up 10.5% YoY — and PAT of around ₹805 crore, up 18.7% YoY, on the back of continued construction activity and premiumisation in the tile adhesive segment. Management commentary on construction-chemical demand and tile adhesive volumes will be closely watched, particularly given the Morbi gas crisis-driven supply disruption in Q1 and the resulting shift in tile procurement patterns across major markets.

What this means for the trade: August 4 is the date to watch — Pidilite’s Q1 commentary will be the clearest demand signal available for construction chemicals and tile adhesives in the post-Morbi-crisis environment, and will set the tone for dealer and RSM planning through Q2 FY27.
